1. Order Processing Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Locations We currently ship across India. International shipping is not available at this time.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on all orders (or specify your threshold, e.g., orders above ₹499).
  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout.

5. Order Tracking Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS/email. You can use this to track your shipment through our courier partner’s website.

6. Damaged or Lost Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

7. Failed Deliveries If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient, the package may be returned to us. Re-shipping charges may apply.
